Job Summary: The main responsibilities of this full-time Accounting Assistants position include accounting and administrative support for multiple entities owned or operated by DP Fox Sports & Entertainment, L.L.C. Responsibilities:

• General payable entry and payment processing for all entities
• Printing and matching of payable checks for all entities
• Prepare download and enter all checks issued into the respective banks positive pay programs
• Mailing and distribution of payable checks
• Accurate filing of open and closed payables for all entities
• Intercompany invoicing and payables
• Handle accounts receivable duties inclusive of preparing invoices, distributing and contract maintenance
• Preparation and posting of payments and deposits both via receipts and general journal entries for all entities
• Delivery of deposits and per diem pickup to all banks on a daily/weekly basis
• Handle collections of past due receivable
• Various spreadsheet preparation – such as reconciliations, season expenses, tracking of sponsorships and banking documents
• Maintenance of financial files for all entities
• Assistance with month-end and year-end procedures
• Assistance with various entities budget preparation
• Occasional phone and reception area coverage needed during Hockey Ops busy times and absences
• Attend occasional work events outside of normal business hours
• Any other administration or accounting function as they may arise

• Associates degree in accounting preferred or two years of experience in similar accounting position
• Ability to multi-task and maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-past environment
• High degree of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Possess computer knowledge inclusive of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, web-based and accounting applications
