Key Responsibilities
- **Client Care Management**: Manage your schedule and caseload, including intakes, individual sessions, and group therapy.
- **Collaborative Work**: Partner with team members to enhance our clinical service model.
- **Documentation**: Track clients' progress using outcome measures, clinical decision-making, remote monitoring data, and client feedback.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively participate in community relations activities as needed.
Ideal Qualifications
- **Experience**: A minimum of two (2) years in addiction counseling/therapy, with experience in client intakes and leading individual and group therapy in a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) setting.
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- **Licensing**: Active behavioral health licensure in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, CADC I, CADC II, or CADC III) with the ability and willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
- **Remote Work Requirements**: Access to a reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual meetings and supervision sessions.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), and mobile apps.
