Administrative Assistant Sales - $55K - $65K BOE

• Must have strong experience in assisting salespeople with all sales admin duties for an apparel company required.
• Must have experience in ecomm and digital on wholesale side (How to load images onto websites completing set up processes with retailers every season).
• Good at excel.
• Knowledge of power point.
• Must be neat and very organized detail oriented.
• Basic knowledge of being a sales assistant in apparel world.
• Is comfortable with owning the showroom and sample process.
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment Digital sales and sales processing.
• Follow up.
• Strong computer skills.
• Fast-paced.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Do updates for purchase orders statuses, shipment information and inventory availability.
• Very established, growing apparel co.
