Job Description
As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our future success by supporting solution sales across various domains. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Management, and our executive team to guide revenue and deliver impactful solutions. This role involves hands-on technical consulting and solution positioning throughout the sales cycle.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a technical and domain expert, supporting product sales and assisting a client-facing sales team.
Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and provide product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
Address technical questions about product features from customers, channel partners, and team members.
Provide feedback to Product Management on potential product enhancements to better meet customer needs.
Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
Proficiency with cloud software solutions or a strong technical background in relevant platforms.
Experience collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, partners, and professional services.
Skills in territory management, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
Willingness to travel as needed.
