General Summary
The Assistant Athletics Director for Broadcast Productions will oversee the production and management of all live video broadcasts for EMU?s athletic events, including men?s and women?s basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, and baseball. This role also involves supporting videoboard shows for football, graduations, and various external events.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in communications, video production, or a related field is required.
Minimum of three years of experience in live broadcast production, preferably in a collegiate athletic environment, is required. Demonstrated proficiency with broadcast production equipment, including Ross (Carbonite & XPression), NewTek 3Play, RTS, Clear-Com, Daktronics, UBER Displays, OES, and ChyronHego is required. Live event directing and engineering experience is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) and other video editing software is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, are required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required. Proficiency in social media management and content creation is required. Hands-on experience working with students is required.Appointment Percentage:
