Job Description

Gpac is assisting an established Agriculture operation that is looking to hire an Assistant Farm Manager to join their team.

Assistant Farm Manager Responsibilities:

Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions
Support innovation of farm practices including precision agriculture
Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are being followed at all times
Be ready and willing to operate any and all equipment necessary for farming operations

Assistant Farm Manager Qualifications:

Experience in the agriculture industry - knowledge of crop production
Valid driver's license
Good leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
