At SERVE Hospitality Group, a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our cafe. As the Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the business, from daily operations to team development, while maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Daily Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the cafe runs efficiently
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock and ordering as needed
• Training and Development: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to current staff
• Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets
• Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve operational issues to maintain smooth service
