Minimum requirements:

•Hands On mentality

•Eye for quality and excellence

•Proven leadership abilities and communication skills

•Strong organizational and computer skills

•Fluent command of English

•Work experience on passenger ships

•Seaman book issued from country of residence or Malta (as vessel is sailing under Maltese flag)

•Certificates (at the expense of employee) :

➢Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)

➢Security Awareness Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STCW Code VI/6-2)

➢Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)

➢Yellow fever

What we offer:

•Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice

•Tip equally shared through all crew members

•Rotation: 4 months on board 2 months at home

•Length of the contract: yearly, paid all year round

•Insurance: coverage by private insurance company - Allianz.

•Internet on board

•Travel policy: travel is arranged by Company from nearest airport to your home city till port of embarkation

•Shared accommodation and food included free of charge

•Refund for obtaining pre-joining GCCL Medical Report as well as test on Alcohol & Drugs

•Please note that all contracts issued are Cayman seafarer contracts
