Description Our client is looking for a skilled Civil/Site Assistant PM/PM to join their Site/Civil Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate across disciplines, and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. They're seeking a candidate with a solid technical background , strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Core Responsibilities: - Develop designs for site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures. - Oversee project execution, including zoning approvals and land development permitting. - Perform field inspections and conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses. - Prepare detailed site plans, environmental impact assessments, and comprehensive project reports. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers and analysts. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
