Description Seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to step into an Assistant Project Manager role for an ongoing water meter replacement, installation, and maintenance project. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction or utilities to grow into a project management position. Key Responsibilities: Oversee water meter installation and maintenance projects. Coordinate routine maintenance for new builds and larger-scale valve and pipe replacement projects. Collaborate with clients and field crews. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and support foremen and crews. Manage emergency repair scheduling and response. Utilize PlanSwift and internal project management software for planning and tracking. Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and representatives. Working knowledge of water main or water distribution systems preferred (not required). Engineering or construction background is ideal. Flexible schedule availability to accommodate emergency repairs. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.05/hr.
