In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring their financial records comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and industry standards.

### What You'll Do
- Analyze financial records to identify potential accounting issues and provide well-researched solutions.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members in audit processes, helping them grow in their careers.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while demonstrating a strong understanding of their businesses.
- Communicate with clients, providing insights and recommendations to support their financial and tax needs.

### What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience: 3+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Certification: CPA certification is highly preferred (or the ability to obtain it).
- Work Arrangements: Onsite candidates are preferred, but hybrid or remote work options are available for experienced professionals.
