OPPORTUNITY:
A Bridge to Achievement seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for our Pineville, NC region. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about providing ethical, assent-based, evidence-based interventions to autistic children and autistic young adults (ages 2 to 21 years). The BCBA assesses, designs, and oversees ABA services under the supervision of our Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA).
Our services are mainly center-based, with a few home and/or community sessions if needed.

We also utilize virtual/online assessment portals for our learners (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, etc.), although we also have paper and pencil formats for any old-school BCBAs.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $103,000
