Are you a skilled financial professional with a knack for accuracy and a passion for helping organizations manage their resources effectively? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a key role that involves a range of accounting and financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Use your expertise to ensure efficient use of resources through careful budgeting and in-depth financial analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports to management, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Technical Accounting: Assist with essential accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
- Tax Coordination: Work closely with our team to coordinate tax preparation and compliance activities, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements.
- Data Entry & Numerical Calculations: Utilize your 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry and numerical calculations.
- Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable efficiently, including managing vendor payments and handling expense reimbursements.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll with precision, including timekeeping, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, from invoicing and collections to responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven Experience: You have a solid background in budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and practices.
- Tax Regulations: Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
- Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry and numerical calculations.
- AP & Payroll Experience: Hands-on experience with accounts payable and payroll processing.
- Reconciliation Skills: Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks is required.

Additional Information:

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 - 50 per week
