Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch Cook
Bella's Cafe is a stylish and cozy cafe set in the heart of the New Haven's Westville community.
As a short order Breakfast cook you will be responsible for kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.S peed and multitasking a must.

Responsibilities:
Maintain our food quality, recipes and procedures

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and taste to meet customer expectations
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes so that only those, which meet our high standard, are served to our guests
• Follow cleaning routines and procedures throughout the shift as well as end of day break down

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Short order/Line Breakfast cook within a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation, and safety regulations
• Having organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Looking for long-term and someone who is willing to learn 
• Strong knife skill
• Serve Safe preferred

Availability:

• Must be able to work 3-5 shifts per week, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must be available weekends and holidays. Closed Mondays.
