Responsibilities

• Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best terms and price
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Show and market real property to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successful sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
