Location: Pleasanton CA (Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite per week) Must be LOCAL

Required Qualifications
3 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud).
Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
Proven experience creating BRDs PRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process documentation.
Skilled in creating journeys workflows and diagrams using Lucidchart Visio or Miro.
