Job description We are a fast-growing home improvement company looking for Call Center Representatives who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to effectively schedule appointments for our sales representatives, solve customer issues, and answer inquiries while placing customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Our agents are expected to meet performance goals and adapt to changes in order to meet customer needs.
Here’s what you’ll do as a Call Center Representative for Gutter GGA Roofing and Gutters: - Act as the go-to person for our customers by providing information regarding company products and services, answering questions, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns via phone.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Frequently attend ongoing meetings/training to improve knowledge and performance.
- Meet personal/customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly with appointment setting being the primary function.
- Comprehend and follow the Call Flow Processes.
- Take detailed notes to allow for accurate information.
- Seize opportunities to set appointments for Customers.
- Utilize computer and business software programs such as email, internet, and CRMs to track customer interactions and notes.
- Opportunities to earn additional bonuses.

What you already must have to be a GGA Call Center Representative: - A passion for talking on the phone. It's the core of our industry.
- Customer Service or Call Center experience and ability to ensure customer satisfaction in each interaction.
- Smile and Dial: Positive attitude, professional communication skills, and a desire to go above and beyond.
- You'll be helping our customers via phone and email so you must be good at multitasking.
- Must be able to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Strong people skills — you are friendly, empathetic , and a good listener.
- Tech-savvy. You’ll need to know how to toggle between multiple computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and various CRM systems comfortably and simultaneously.
- Weekend and evening availability as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour with bonus potential
Expected hours: 40 per week.

Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
