Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process optimization, equipment design, and process automation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and equipment.
• Implement process automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct research and development to innovate and improve existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in chemical engineering.
• Proven experience in chemical process optimization and equipment design.
• Proven experience with process automation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with process design software.
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards.
