Job Description

Are you a visionary financial leader with a passion for driving strategic growth? We're seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide our financial strategy and ensure our financial health. In this role, you'll collaborate with our CEO, board of directors, and senior executives to shape and execute financial plans that support our long-term goals and foster our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Craft and implement financial strategies that align with our company's long-term goals and business objectives.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business decisions and financial performance.
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Financial Reporting: Supervise the creation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Treasury Management: Optimize our financial position by managing cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic finance team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to the board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency: Discover and implement opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings, enhancing financial controls and processes.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including 5 years in a senior financial leadership role. Experience as a CFO or in a similar executive position is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong financial acumen with a solid grasp of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
Proven track record in developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with financial software and systems.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 200,000.00 Per Year
