As a Client Success Consultant (CSC), you will be an integral part of our dynamic, growing team. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, all while serving as a strategic advisor and a representative of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Contractor Relationships:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure services are delivered successfully and on time.
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and priorities to offer tailored guidance and strategic recommendations.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships by consistently adding value and creating opportunities for further engagement.
Growth & Upselling:
Identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional services, helping clients expand and enhance their experience with our offerings.
Utilize a growth mindset to support the client's business expansion and the ongoing success of virtual engagements.
Consulting & Best Practices:
Provide expert advice on best practices, tips, and efficiency strategies to optimize client and contractor experiences.
Collaborate closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth processes and exceptional outcomes.
Organizational & Operational Excellence:
Be proactive in managing client accounts, ensuring all documentation and communication are up-to-date and clear.
Utilize CRM tools effectively to track and report on client activity, deal status, and progress.
Collaborate with team members to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
Crisis Management & Problem Solving:
Address challenges head-on with strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence, ensuring a positive experience for clients and contractors, even in difficult situations.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven success in client-facing roles, with a track record of building relationships and delivering results.
Self-motivated, positive, and driven with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others succeed.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working remotely.
Ability to manage your time and schedule effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
A strong team player who is willing to collaborate, support colleagues, and contribute to overall success.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. As part of our virtual team, you will need a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, with some occasional travel required depending on the role.
