Job Description
Helix, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Conversion Analyst responsible for executing and overseeing the transition of agency management systems to new platforms, as well as system integrations. This role involves analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth conversion process. This role will provide client support and project management throughout the conversion and/or integration process. Additionally, the role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, conducting system testing, and documenting processes and procedures related to the conversion.
This is a remote position with minimal travel that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. You will... - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for the new agency management system and translate clearly into technical language to communicate clearly with the technical team.
- Design and implement data transformation rules and logic to ensure accurate and consistent conversion of data.
- Analyze data and identify potential issues or challenges in the conversion process.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a smooth and successful conversion. Develop data mapping documents to define the relationship between source and target data elements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during system conversion, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates on conversion progress and gather feedback on user experience.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status includes updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
To be successful you need... We are hiring Conversion Analysts with multiple experience levels.
The Junior Conversion Analyst requires 3+ years of experience in insurance agency management systems, including participating in a system conversion.
The Expert Conversion Analyst requires 10 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis and system conversions in the insurance agency and brokerage sector.
Both levels of Conversion Analysts require: - Proficiency in Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, Sagitta, Applied Epic, Nexsure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Your Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position. The salary range for the Junior Conversion Analyst for most locations is $43,342-$73,574. The salary range for the Expert Conversion Analyst is $62,605-$105,947 The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
