Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that enhance employee understanding of program goals, product knowledge, and call handling techniques
• Demonstrate excellent public speaking and presentation skills to maintain participant engagement and clarity
• Employ effective coaching and development strategies to guide employees toward their full potential
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress
• Continuously update training materials to align with the latest program guidelines and industry standards
• Utilize active listening and feedback techniques to assess and support participants’ learning needs
• Develop tailored coaching plans that address individual performance gaps and foster continuous improvement
• Foster a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages participant interaction and team building
Competencies:
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of employees
• Proficiency in time management and ability to handle multiple training sessions or tasks simultaneously
• Skilled in creating a positive and constructive environment for all participants
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least one year of call center management or mentoring experience
• Ability to work 45+ hours a week
• Employed at least 90 days with OneTouch Direct
• No disciplinary action within the last 60 days
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative training environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
• Highly motivated with a flexible and positive attitude
