Sanctuary Cannabis in Apopka FL is looking for one Cultivation Technicians (cannabis growers needed) to join our rapidly growing team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
OVERVIEW
Cultivation Technician works along side flower leads to help in completing daily plant work tasks, observational reporting, watering plants appropriately, and helping maintain a clean and healthy environment. Attention to detail, double checking work, efficient work ethic, good communication, and consistency in following procedures are key areas an assistant must focus on in order to succeed in this role. This role will often have to work on lifts at elevated heights to complete plant work tasks as Sanctuary is a multi-tiered grow facility.

Attention to detail, can follow directions well, problem solving, strong work ethic, punctual and a team player!
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds, comfortable working with heights of up to 20+ feet, work in warm/humid environments, work under bright lights and work in dark areas with green supplemental lights, be over the age of 21
