1. Managing High Performing Marketing Campaigns
2. Tracking All Of the Clients KPI’s
3. Consulting Them On Their KPI’s

Position Overview:

As an account manager, you are responsible for managing the relationships with named clients. The bottom line function for this position is to retain their customers and ensure the transition of clients from satisfied to thrilled.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a large roster of clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Onboarding new clients including 1-1 calls, game-planning, and expectation-setting.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Soliciting and gathering feedback to maintain and optimize product quality & delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales & fulfillment teams to continually innovate on and improve client experience & results.
  • Managing the entire client lifecycle including onboarding, check-ins, billing, as well as upselling/cross-selling/ referring clients on relevant products & services.
  • Leading live 1 on 1 client calls on Zoom.

  • Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means, and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient use of Google Drive applications including Docs & Sheets.
  • Experienced in the navigation of major internet advertising interfaces including Google Ads.
  • Quantitative & Analytical Skills.
  • Able to use return-on-investment (ROI) as a decision-making tool and provide analysis of relevant performance data to determine go-forward actions.
  • Comfortable meeting via ZOOM & other online meeting platforms.

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

  • Retention of client accounts through review of campaign setup, active campaign management, and execution of consistent customer service.
  • Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics.
  • Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts.
  • Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English (Preferred but not required).
  • 2+ Years Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields.

Business hours are 9AM - 5PM PST
