Job Title: Customer Success Manager Reports to: Director of Sales Hybrid-Remote, Washington-based As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of all areas of customer service and sales support, necessary to deliver high quality filtration products and timely shipments that exceed our customers’ expectations. This is an integral role that works closely with our customers, and our sales team, to provide a superior and positive experience for our customers and your team; y ou are the internal customer advocate.
THIS IS A NON-QUOTA CARRYING POSITION.
- Hire, train, develop and manage a Sales Support Team
- Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues
- Customer Facing Communication. You will need to interact with customers, other departments and partners. Your ability to communicate effectively will be important in many forms including face-to-face discussions, emails, and presentations.
- Participation and visibility with the Leadership Team
- Develop, implement and track operational plans to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); provide guidance and support to team members to enable them to deliver on the targets
- Prepare and report monthly, quarterly and annual results of KPI’s; communicate with leadership to convey progress, challenges & solutions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the department and drive process improvements
- Serves as Key Process Owner for Sales Process in ISO 9001
Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, majored in Business administration, science, supply chain, or international trade, or equivalent
- 2+ years working in a customer service position
- Experience with CRM Systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, etc)
- Ability to navigate a Tech Stack
- MUST HAVE 2+ years’ experience managing/supervising a team (managing a virtual team is a plus!)
- Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback
- Takes responsibility and demonstrates eagerness to learn new skills
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Strong communication skills
- A nice to have, but not necessary: Inside sales experience

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $73,000 annualized, with a bonus potential, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Sterlitech, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
