Your role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is crucial for the success of our marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.
Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve any issues.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from the data as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
