Data Integrity Manager Job Description
Summary:
Better Life Plans is a dynamic and growing company that assists clients with their debt settlement programs. We are seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to join our team. We are looking to fill the need to have a highly competent and highly motivated individual in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with requests to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner;
- Organizes and develops new query templates and reports;
- Use statistical methods to collect and analyze data needed for decision making;
- Extract and use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and consumer population;
- Provides training support to data integrity specialists;
- Identify and recommend new ways to streamlining business processes;
- Proactively investigates data accuracy trends
- Work with other departments including management to create a prioritized list of needs for each business unit.
Required Skills and abilities:
- Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics;
- Must have experience with Domo or similar BI tools;
- Must have data mapping, analysis and testing experience;
- SQL knowledge;
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in data management, data integration, data warehousing and/or systems analysis;
- In lieu of degree, 5 years of experience as stated above;
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented environment;
- Must have the drive to produce accurate results and a sense of accountability for assigned projects;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up;
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills with proven ability in identifying problems, recommending solutions and process improvements;
- Must be able to learn new software applications; must understand basic IT documents for workflows, data concepts, and project requirement timelines;
- Ability to gather, analyze and organize complex data, draw conclusions, and to present such data effectively orally and in writing;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full time; Exempt; Salary - $130,000 annually
