Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data analytics and visualization tools to drive insights and solutions in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing data, along with a strong background in programming and data modeling. Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights. - Utilize HubSpot's Marketing Hub data model for querying and extracting relevant information. - Develop and implement algorithms to optimize marketing and sales funnels. - Create data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to communicate findings effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead lifecycle and attribution models. - Design and deploy scalable solutions using cloud technologies, such as AWS. - Build and maintain APIs for seamless data integration across platforms. - Apply advanced analytics techniques to enhance decision-making processes. - Manage big data frameworks like Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. - Ensure data integrity and security in all analysis and reporting processes. Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst in a SaaS company. - Proficiency in querying and working directly with HubSpot's data model. - Strong programming skills, with preference for experience in Python or R. - Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. - Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnels, along with attribution models and lead lifecycle. - Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Pig. - Experience with cloud platforms and AWS technologies. - Ability to develop APIs and manage data integration processes effectively.
