Our Bartlett, IL Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver professionals to join our growing team. Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00am until complete
• Base Pay: $30.15/ hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Earning Potential: Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks)
• Location: Bartlett area with local routes

What You’ll Need

• REQUIRED:
  • CLASS A CDL
  • Ability to maintain a safe driving history
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each)
  • Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements
• PREFERRED:
  • 3+ years of professional driving experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries

Job Duties

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations (FMCSA).
• Maintain accurate records, including but not limited to pre/post trip inspections, driver vehicle inspection reports, electronic logs, etc.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on equipment; report any unsafe conditions or necessary repairs to supervisor.
• Load and unload freight as required
• Use hand trucks, dollies, or other materials handling equipment as required.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork such as time cards, fuel receipts, accident reports, etc.
• Keep trucks clean and orderly, both inside and out.
• Communicate with management regarding work status, scheduling needs, etc.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Be willing to use PIT (powered industrial trucks) equipment as needed. Previous knowledge a plus

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
