Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a dynamic and innovative
Creative Designer on behalf of our client, an amazing marketing agency based out of Chicago, IL! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled designer to craft visually stunning and interactive brand experiences for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise across brand, digital, UI/UX, and experiential design, with a passion for creating immersive activations. This role offers the chance to work with top-tier brands like Google, PepsiCo, and Foot Locker while contributing to groundbreaking marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position with flexible remote/hybrid work options!

What You Will Be Doing: - Experiential Design: Develop creative concepts for brand activations, digital content, and customization elements.
- Motion Graphics & UI/UX: Design high-quality motion graphics, layouts, and interfaces using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Multi-Platform Execution: Produce engaging visuals across digital, print, social media, packaging, and experiential platforms.
- Technology & Innovation: Utilize AI-driven creative tools (e.g., MidJourney) to push the boundaries of experiential marketing.
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and seamless implementation.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Creative Directors, producers, and external partners while mentoring junior designers.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, experiential marketing strategies, and interactive technology.
What You Will Need: - 3+ years in a creative role within experiential marketing or a related field.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Figma for digital asset and presentation design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, experiential design, and live activations.
Bonus Skills: - Experience with 3D design tools like SketchUp or Cinema 4D.
