America's favorite family-friendly resort is looking for a Director of Housekeeping to join its team! They are known for their customer experience and dedication to hospitality. Director of Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Lead the employees and managers on the entire housekeeping team
• Ensure established cultural and core standards are met
• Department strategic planning for s hort & long-term growth
• Ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good employee and guests relations
• Handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and employees
• Ensure excellent levels of cleanliness consistently
• Effectively utilize systems and platforms to create efficiencies
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while ensuring standards are not compromised

Director of Housekeeping Qualifications :

• 3+ years in a housekeeping leadership role in hotels or similar industries
• Service passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a passion to succeed
• Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
