gpac , a 30+ years executive search firm, is partnered with a well-established company in the banking industry, seeking a Documentation Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and supply information on HMDA reportable loans processed to management
- Order all Flood Certificates, UCC's, and COGS, Title Work
- Complete documentation checklist by reviewing commercial loan file
- Identify and clear compliance issues
- Type all commercial loan documentation - New, Renewals, Extensions, Letters of Credit
- Receive and review loan package after closing for completeness and facilitate correction of deficiencies
- Receive requests for payoffs
- Recordation of Collateral Instruments
- Prepare instrument and forward to County or State for recording FIB collateral
- Print Paid Note Audit report, identify and processes all paid-off loans
- Prepare Paid Note Audit Collateral Release Forms
- Prepare and processes all necessary discharges of liens and ticklers
- Act as a liaison for deals requiring services from title companies, attorneys, borrower(s)/guantor(s), and lender
- Commercial loan documentation and laser-pro background preferred
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
Position Essential Job Functions:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial loan documentation role
- Familiar with loan file structure and loan origination software
- Computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel programs
- Extraordinary attention to detail
Salary: $22-$28/hr
