Job Description

Woon is homestyle Chinese restaurant located in Pasadena and Historic Filipinotown. We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook for our Dough Department at our Pasadena location. The Dough Department is responsible for all of our scallion pancake and milk bread production. Bakery or pastry experience is preferred. This is a high volume production job. Availability and attendance are a must for this position.

Position: Full-Time (Preferred) or Part-Time Dough Dept. Prep Cook

Schedule: Full-Time: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:30am - 2:30pm Part-Time: Tuesday - Thursday or Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Requirements:
• Ability to read and speak English is a plus
• Experience as a prep cook required
• Bakery or pastry experience preferred
• Food Handler's Card required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Has basic math skills
• Must be very clean
• Must be very organized
• Be able to follow a prep list

Starting Rate: $19/hr. + tips + health benefits (for full-time only)
