Position: Drywall Project Manager/Estimator

gpac, a 30+ year family-owned, family run search firm, is partnered with a well-established company in the drywall industry. They are looking to fill a Project Manager/Estimator position at their company. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take the next step in their career. As a Project Manager/Estimator , you will be responsible for detailed take-offs, computer-generated estimates, proposals, schedule of values, and contract reviews using OST.

Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed take-offs for projects

- Generate accurate computer estimates and proposals

- Review contracts and schedules of values

- Manage project budgets and timelines

- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success

Project Manager/Estimator Essential Job Functions:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in construction estimating software (On-Screen Take Off)

- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
