India E-commerce Manager

1.负责FK或AMZ渠道销售，进销存管理，对渠道销售经营结果负责

2.负责指定产品系列新品上市项目管理，拉通端到端各模块协同，确保上市成功

3.进行市场及用户调研分析，研究电商平台销售打法，制定策略提升销量

4.牵引跟电商平台间商务谈判，推动共识及合作达成

任职要求：

2.优秀的数据分析洞察能力，策略输出能力，有敏锐的市场嗅觉和竞争意识;

3.优秀的沟通和表达能力，优秀的商务谈判能力;

4.本科以上学历，MBA学历加分。

1. D2C Ecommerce Strategy & Execution.Coordinate with headquarter e-commerce, product and sales teams.
2. Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
3. Develop CRM strategies to nurture leads and increase repeat purchase rates.
4. Identify strategic partnerships to drive traffic and expand reach.
5. Focusing on driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
6. Data Analytics & Optimization.Budget & Resource Management. Track expenses and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.
7. Regularly monitor campaign performance.
