Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the planning and execution of various events, ranging from corporate gatherings to community engagements. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the ropes of event management, ensuring that every detail is attended to meticulously. You will have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to the table while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
• Support logistics management, including venue selection and setup.
• Help develop event marketing materials and promotional content.
• Maintain schedules and timelines to keep events on track.
• Gather feedback and insights post-event for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new event ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
• A passion for events and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
