What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and executing marketing events that bring client brands to life
• Support event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless operations
• Communicate with clients to gather details, share updates, and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to deliver successful events
• Manage communication with vendors and event staff to meet deadlines and expectations
• Provide hands-on event support , including registration, guest engagement, and real-time problem-solving
• Gather post-event feedback and help prepare performance reports and improvement strategies

Qualifications

• Strong interest in event marketing, promotions, or brand management
