Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an ERP Admin to manage and maintain our ERP system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of daily production work orders. This role will involve closing daily production work orders with production run numbers, making necessary adjustments or changes to work orders in the ERP system, and running and analyzing reports to maintain system accuracy and data cleanliness. The ERP Admin will play a critical role in supporting our production and operations teams by ensuring the ERP system reflects accurate and up-to-date information.

Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site in Downer's Grove, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Close daily production work orders with accurate production run numbers in the ERP system.
• Create and make adjustments to work orders as needed to align with production needs and changes.
• Run and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy and system cleanliness, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure the ERP system supports efficient workflow and processes.
• Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features as required.
• Train and support team members on ERP system usage and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ERP system changes and updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience using any ERP system, experience with Fishbowl is a plus!
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data, support analysis and KPI’s
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
