Job Description

We are currently seeking 3-5 enthusiastic Event Assistants to join our dynamic team and help oversee our new clients and events launching this year. This is an entry-level position with fully paid training and a clear pathway for growth into an executive management role upon successful completion of our training program.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Maintain Public Image : Create and uphold a favorable public image for our clients.
  • Coordinate Promotional Activities and Events : Plan and execute promotional activities that engage and excite target audiences.
  • Leverage Consumer Relationships : Utilize existing relationships while cultivating new business contacts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate Across Departments : Work with various teams to promote brand recognition and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Assist in Marketing Material Selection : Help select and curate marketing and promotional materials to effectively represent our clients.
