Event Brand Ambassador

360 Talent Avenue is seeking a full-time, program-specific Brand Ambassador to travel across Arkansas promoting our client’s programs. As a Brand Ambassador, you will partner with other Event Operations teams and a Class A CDL Tour partner to deliver engaging Workforce Development events at high schools throughout the state.
You must reside in Arkansas to be considered for this position.
Travel required M-F

Who We Want:

We are looking for a high-energy individual with a passion for engaging and inspiring high school students about careers in skilled trades such as commercial driving, welding, and heavy equipment operation. If you have experience working with or educating high school students and possess a positive, patient, and encouraging personality, we want to hear from you!

As a Brand Ambassador you will:

• Travel across Arkansas typically Monday through Friday, to execute Workforce Development events.
• Set up and manage a custom, double-expandable trailer with interactive stations and simulators.
• Communicate with school/event contacts to ensure smooth planning and execution of daily events.
• Drive a company-provided chase vehicle (typically a sedan) following the tour trailer.
• Engage with approximately 150 students per day, guiding them through interactive exhibits and simulators.
• Deliver presentations and assist students with the interactive components of the trailer.
• Ensure the event trailer and exhibits are clean, safe, and operational.
• Tear down and pack up the trailer at the end of each event.
• Participate in comprehensive training on safe trailer operation, simulator technology, and event messaging.

Qualifications:

• Leadership, integrity, and positive energy are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
• Strong public speaking skills and comfort engaging with groups of all sizes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Desire to work with and inspire 13-18-year-old students.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technology issues.
• Experience with moving and setting up custom expandable event trailers is preferred but not required.
