Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing various events to ensure they align with our company’s objectives and brand identity. Your exceptional organizational skills and creative mindset will be crucial as you work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to curate memorable experiences.

Pay Range: $1050 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
  • Research and book venues, vendors, and catering services that align with event goals.
  • Manage event promotion and marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Develop detailed timelines and agendas to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and event design.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
