We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, execution, and management of various events, including corporate functions, product launches, and promotional activities. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Help create promotional materials and support marketing initiatives for events.
• Track event budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Collect feedback and data post-event to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
