Job Description

:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, execution, and management of various events, including corporate functions, product launches, and promotional activities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event planning and eager to contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and team members to ensure successful event execution.
Help create promotional materials and support marketing initiatives for events.
Track event budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Collect feedback and data post-event to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in event planning or project management is preferred.
