Story Lane Box is seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to help plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events. You will work closely with our Events Manager and creative team to ensure that all aspects of events are handled smoothly, from initial concept through post-event wrap-up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for events and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Help create event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials are prepared and in place.
• Track and manage event expenses, adhering to budget guidelines.
• Provide on-site event support, including guest registration, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and suggest improvements for future events.

Qualifications
