What You'll Do:

• Make a profound impact on the lives of residents and their families.
• Participate in strategic initiatives while implementing operating standards of excellence.
• Inspire a dedicated team that delivers exceptional care and builds meaningful relationships with each other, the residents and their support network.
• Advocate for resident needs and contribute to the overall advancement of senior healthcare.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Housing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Assisted Living Director license
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in housing, service, or health related industry
• 2 years in Director-level capacity
