This role is crucial in overseeing the total operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. Your Impact as an Executive Director In this role, you will: * Ensure Compliance: Oversee facility operations in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations. * Implement Policies and Procedures: Enforce company policies and develop facility-specific guidelines in accordance with all regulations. * Maintain Resident Assessments: Manage 2067 forms for all residents to ensure proper documentation. * Recruit and Retain Staff: Hire, orient, and support a high-performing team. * Manage Business Operations: Supervise admissions, accounts payable/receivable, ancillaries, and payroll to ensure operational accuracy. * Promote Facility Services: Support marketing efforts and represent the facility with community partners. * Foster a Collaborative Team: Create a culture of accountability and efficiency. * Process Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate payroll submission. * Assist with Communications: Answer phones and assist with inquiries as needed. * Address Concerns: Respond to issues raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff. * Coordinate Admissions: Oversee the intake and onboarding process for new residents. * Develop Staff: Lead ongoing training and professional development. * Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the facility.
