V Elizabeth Talent Acquisition Solutions is a diversity retained executive search firm based in Gary, IN and Chicago, IL. Specializing in placing candidates in middle management and executive positions within the HR function across various industries, we are dedicated to building inclusive Human Resource teams globally. Our services include HR Retained Search, Temporary/Interim Executive Staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, and HR Consulting.

Job Description



As an Executive Assistant at V Elizabeth, you will become an essential member of our dynamic search execution team and a key contributor to our firm's success. In this role, you join a caring environment where new ideas and initiatives are always welcomed and where humor and a 'can do' attitude are highly valued, especially during busy times. Even in busy times, we at V Elizabeth encourage the team to take time to check in with each other and to go for a walk in the pleasant environment around our office. Responsibilities also include:

  • Calendar management: Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Travel arrangements: Booking travel and accommodations, creating trip itineraries, and handling reservations and changes
  • Expense management: Tracking spending and preparing expense reports
  • Communication: Responding to emails and phone calls, writing company correspondence, and managing social media accounts
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and handling confidential information 
  • Marketing support and research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines,
  • Act with integrity and professionalism

Additional Information



We're looking for someone who has:

  • Great project management and planning skills, comfortable in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience managing complex logistics and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with database management.
  • The ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing international schedules, travel, and meetings.
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • A team player who values a positive workplace culture where humor and a 'can do' attitude are essential.
  • Resilience and integrity.
