Responsibilities:

• Drive expansion of our Executive Search division through strategic business development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to execute ambitious growth plans.
• Utilize your proven sales record to secure and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering customized staffing solutions.
• Manage and mentor a growing team, contributing to the rapid growth of our business.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and driven sales professionals with a passion for client service.
• Prior success in closing deals within staffing solutions or HR consulting is a plus.
• Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous.
• Strong lead generation, sales, and marketing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to prospect and develop C-level and senior-level relationships within midsize and large organizations.
• Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
• Proven experience building excellent client relationships through offering beneficial, insightful, and strategic insights into their businesses.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong proficiency in presenting and scheduling presentations utilizing teleconferencing tools such as Zoom on video.

Compensation: This role is 100% commission-based with a competitive 10% per closed deal. Light travel required.
