Job Title: Family Case Worker

Duties:

• Work with families to evaluate their needs and connect them to appropriate services.
• Facilitate home visits to ensure safe and supportive environments for families.
• Verify eligibility for benefits and assist with applications for support programs.
• Create and maintain client service plans to address family challenges.
• Collaborate with community organizations to expand resources for families.

Skills Required:

• One year of experience in family services or community outreach.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Family Studies.
