About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Financial Projects for one of our clients which is a leading multinational industrial construction services company focused on electrical and instrumentation services. This is a fast-track opportunity for financial professionals with expertise in insurance and project management to lead complex financial projects and drive strategic impact. 

What will you do:

• Lead ERP accounting implementations and enhancements.
• Conduct due diligence and oversee financial integration for acquisitions.
• Assess and optimize existing accounting processes.
• Manage renewal and interface of corporate casualty, property, and excess insurance programs.
• Provide training on new accounting controls and processes.
• Support finance and accounting with ad hoc projects and needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in financial management and project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting expertise.
• Proven success managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Experience with insurance programs, especially Casualty, Property, and Excess coverage.
