Title: Fire Protection Project Manager

gpac, a family-owned, family-run Search Firm is partnered with a reputable Fire Protection Company who is actively looking to grow their already established team with an Fire Protection Project Manager . This company prides themselves on their reputation and their commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to their customers.

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the day-to-day management of fire protection projects.
* Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate multiple projects from concept through completion (Cradle to Grave).
* Proved Sales, Estimate, Design, and Field Work.
* Work to grow relationships and market share in the fire protection segment.
* Build trust and provide high levels of service to clients.
* Promote safe work environments.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Fire Protection, Industrial Fire Protection and Project Management.
* Experience in Sales, Estimating, Design, Field Work, Scheduling.
* Efficiency in reading and understanding design drawings.
* Read & understand contracts.
* Understand specifications and create proposals for clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* NICET I or better preferred
* OSHA 10-hour Construction course.
* Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.
